I ordered 20 spicy nuggets, it took 10 minutes to get only 16 nuggets, when i asked for my other 4 they asked if i was serious and took more time. I am very disappointed, not mad. and I would like to have a meeting with the manager.

Dine-in & drive-through: problem free.Curb-side: always long wait for food. Yesterday, after waiting 14 minutes; I went in to ask where my order was. Turns out that they forgot. Yup, forgot.

Canada day atmosphere... Surely busy. But you guys doing good.We went there at night time, around 11:30, they were trying to work fast and accommodate everyone.Beautiful place with many tables outside. Staff is good too. Clean inside.

This place stuggles to function on a good day. Strongly suggest allowing 20 minutes from ordering to receiving your order. Had to leave without order to make it to work on time.

Despite the business at the time I went through the drive thru, the staff were very kind and happy to serve!! My burger was fresh and delicious also. Lovely experience

Went to this location Jan 8th at 10pm. Ordered 2 combos with a poutine. The kids working don't know how to make gravy, so I got fries instead. They forgot one of my fries, so I had to come back from home and wait. No receipt provided, but no issue. Went back home to find out they violated my burger with salt and pepper....$28 for this. Yikes

The service here is sometimes good, but usually great. Very friendly and professional staff. They're fairly prompt at getting orders out. My only gripe is that the fries can be pretty inconsistent; some days they're not salted enough, while other days they're so salty you can hardly eat them. I haven't had any issues with the burgers.

This is a great location. The service is outstanding. The staff are extremely nice and friendly.We used to stop here on our way to Grand Bend Beach and I can’t remember at anytime the food or the service were below the five stars.The dining area is always clean and the washrooms are well taken care of.

McDonald's is getting worse and worse. The prices are way too expensive and they have no healthy options. The staff was condescending and called me honey because they thought I was wrong about a large drink being $1 on the app. I was corrected and called honey twice before I asked her to stop calling me honey and showed her the app and code.Which is a terrible idea. The app should not be forced to get the regular deals you have done every year. Ut obviously confuses your staff as well and makes them treat guests as if they are stupid. Sometimes, the app doesn't work and you can't use a code so you have to pay more?! That's crazy when it's your app that doesn't work.
