SMR Experts worked at our new home yesterday to fix 4 foundation cracks. The crew was friendly, professional, and did a great job! Even though they had to dig down in several spots, the work was completed in less than a day.Thank you SMR for helping us get our new home move in ready!

We were referred to SMR Experts from my husband's boss' brother who is a home inspector. Joseph came to our house and gave us a rough estimate. We had to install and french drain and raise our balcony. He gave us the pros and cons for our scenario.We had scheduled a date but in the end had to postpone the job. Joseph Vani, the owner, is someone I would give the key of my house, so much he is trustable.I firstly contracted SMR in 2011 to do my landscaping project (huge project). I got 6 submissions, Joseph being the second cheapest. I select him because of his good advice. He blast the job, put hours over original estimate, but always keep the same level of quality and attention, ensuring a wonderful job.This year, I contracted Joseph for some foundation job at my cottage.
