Great Wall Chinese Restaurant
I have ordered here many times, food is always great and you get alot of food for the combos that cost 11.99. Worth a try if you live in Bradford!

Great Wall Chinese Restaurant
Me and my kids decided to try out Great Wall in our local town Bradford. We recently moved from Sudbury and we wanted to taste what was around us. We came across Great Wall and by the reviews and photos, it looked delicious. We decided to order. We got our food and my kids’ rice and chicken was very undercooked. My food seemed fine at first. Later in the evening, me and my kids were all vomiting from the food. The food had us sick all weekend. Not just to mention the food, but the customer service is really poor. Terrible staff. Would rate ZERO star if I could. NEVER TRYING AGAIN!

DO NOT EAT HERE. Save your money and your appetite! I FOUND A BUG, a flying ant to be exact, in the noodles. My fiancé works in the food industry and was talking to some high school kids who frequent the plaza for lunch breaks. He was warned by the kids not to order from Great Wall because “there’s bugs in their food” I guess he thought it was just high school kids being kids. But NO! He bought food from Great Wall and brought it home. Of course I had some, and THERE IT WAS AN ANT WITH WINGS IN THE RAMEN NOODLES AND SESAME CHICKEN!After I already ate a few bites. I’m just so disgusted. The fact that numerous people have experienced this, it’s not just a one off incident type of situation. Apparently it happens often from what I’ve heard now. And it’s concerning. How do they pass their health and safety? Ugh I’m so grossed out. Save your money and go to Philthy Phillies instead!

Great Wall Chinese Restaurant
Good customer service, quick takeout (about 10 to 15 minutes) and overall decent experience. I personally ordered combo 12 and the food was okay. As it was just a little bit too oily and a bit bland for me. My friend also got something similar to my order, also saying the food was a bit bland (for instance: the chicken wings)

Great Wall Chinese Restaurant
Very nice buffet served hot and fresh. The kitchen supervisor was attentive to the buffet.We were greeted with a smile and our waitress was quick to bring our drinks and clear our table of dirty dishes.

Great Wall Chinese Restaurant
Food was delicious, everying was well cooked. Highly recommend the Sesame Chicken! It seemed like the staff were yelling at each other all the time but then I talked to one of the staff and found our it was just their way of communicating to each other in the kitchen, as it is a noisy working environment. I also learned it was a family business, which is great! Not sure what all where all the negative comments are coming from?

2x guy taking phone and desk order always over and beyond customer service, conforming specifics of order to kake sure they make the exact dish u want and even communicating with chefs... that kid is going to be a great man in life. Rare !! Food no complains! Will come back thanks to front line service !! Price no complaints!! Thanks man

Great Wall Chinese Restaurant
I eat from here 2-3 times every week for lunch. They customize my food for me all the time even though I know I’m being a nuisance. I’m not a fan of how they overload sauce on their vegetables, and that they don’t automatically hand out their extras for their lunch specials such as a drink or egg roll (as advertised on all of their flyers and posters), otherwise it’s been a safe place for me to eat from and I’ve been a consistent customer for 3 years now (2020).Side note/rant:According to the other reviews, people with no credibility (0-5 reviews are trash talking). Those who don’t like their service are not used to a real Chinese restaurant’s atmosphere and expect to be babied and pampered for all of their special requests and have a disproportionate sense of entitlement. To that, I say get over yourself.

Great Wall Chinese Restaurant
1st time and last time I will ever order here, Only reason ordered here was that China Garden was closed today, Food was poor quality and over priced. Chicken balls seemed like they make them out of left over pieces not even round, small chunks. Other dish had very little to no chicken in it. Might make good fertilizer in my garden tomorrow morning. Over priced as well.

We’ve been ordering from here for almost a decade now. There has never been an issue with our order. The quality of the food is great and always consistent. Hot and fresh. The family that runs this place is so friendly. Highly recommend
