For the past several months I had looked at 70 to 100 used vehicles in the GTA. I was very disappointed with the vehicles I had seen and the dealers I had met. I drove for 2 hours and stopped at Southwest Imports... was taken back by the honesty and integrity of Jeff and Mike. Thank you gentlemen for reinstating my faith in ppl! I found the perfect vehicle and had an excellent experience purchasing from Southwest Imports!

I had given Jeff and Southwest Imports 5 stars at the start...Unfortunately, after just 1 season, the boat was in the SHOP for the entire Summer. I believe Jeff did not share the honest truth with me about the boat I purchased - and sold me a bill of goods. The experience was pleasant with Jeff - but it would be good when spending $$$$ on boat you're honest about the condition of the boat. Not everyone are experts - it's not great finding out after how much problems and worries are with the big items purchases. The intent is to enjoy the purchase - if your customers know ahead of time that there is a significant amount of work that will be needed to be done to the engine - then tell them. +Unfortunately - dishonesty will come back and bite you. At least on a negative review.

After 15 years my Ford Focus ZX5 finally came to an end. I searched many places for a new car and I came across Southwest Imports.I decided to look at a 2015 Ford Focus SE they had for sale. Mike was so patient and understanding while I took the car I was interested in for a test drive.After a few hours I bought my new car from Mike. It was an excellent experience. I would recommend Mike from Southwest Imports to any of my family or friends.

Bought a car here, Jeff agreed to have a few issues taken care of before I took possession of the car the repairs were done but did not last I had to take the car back when I did I asked if they could take a look at the turbo as well. He said the shop told him the turbo was fine, after the second failed attempt to weld my exhaust I took the car to a reputable mechanic who fixed the weld and also let me know there is an issue with the turbo its showing an underboost issue he also informed me that the air intake was zip tied together and found pieces of sand paper in the engine compartment. After a couple of good washes all the touch up paint they used came off and revealed minor scuffs and scrapes which is understandable but it also revealed a fair bit of rust when I asked about the paint before taking the car he said it was just to cover up some minor scuffs not hide multiple rust spots. Not only did I have to pay out of pocket for things that should have been taken care of by them but I feel I have decieved. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time and money stay away.

Good place to shop for used cars, reasonable prices. 4 stars because the office space wasn't that appealing. Other wise the service is overall good.These guys provide a large number of vehicle options to choose from. I would always recommend people to price match on websites like auto trader for example.
