They store profiles shoppers and they make it very obvious. I've never felt so uncomfortable shopping in my life.

I always enjoy visiting a book store. My kids love it there too They host lots of fun children's events throughout the year. Great selection of books, magazines, style, and decor items. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They are pet friendly and love seeing dogs come into the store. If you can't find it instore, you can order online and have it delivered.

Store hours are horrible for anyone with a full time 9-5 job and weekends are so packed that it's uncomfortable shopping.

Felt profiled in the store by 1 particular sales associate. She never asked if I needed help. She could’ve at-least did that to play it off… . She just followed me around as if i needed to be monitored. Definitely need a bit more customer service training

Didn't have the next book in series and when asked associate said order it online, then walked away

This location is large and spacious with lots of options. Cute stationery and office supplies section, fun kids zone, well organized general sections, lots of options for games.The downside to shopping here is that in-store prices don't match their online. If there is a line, it isn't a quick moving one, ever.Overall a nice spot.

Places like this are a dying breed. I’ve seen them vanish from America - Borders, Barnes & Noble - but Indigo is still here in Canada and I’m grateful for it. Nice and big, lots to browse and look at.

This is a terrible service! I understand that they have had hack issues but I placed an online order before their problems January 2023 and still have not received my order. After several attempts to rectify my order. Unanswered emails visits to the local store and was simply told you need to contact customer service which doesn’t respond to my repeated emails. I finally got hold of a sales rep who told me I would hear back in 7 to 10 days. Which has passed but the other day I did get an electronic gift card and told my order had been cancelled. This is not acceptable as I no longer want to do business with them or purchase any other products from them. I turned around and placed the same order on Amazon on Thursday April 6th and it arrived Easter Sunday morning April 9th. Why would I purchase anything else from Indigo Warning ! Shareholders sell sell sell. This company will not be worth anything in a year.
