Friendly, professional and accommodating staff - from the bubbly receptionist, Jessica to helpful and comforting Helenius who listened carefully and was willing to work from a photo that I provided because I was really apprehensive about having to get full dentures. They look so real. Follow-up call a week later to see how things are progressing - great service. Been assured that if there is a problem that they will try to rectify any problems that I may have with the fit.

This denture clinic is so wonderful. I took a deaf client of mine here, and the staff have been wonderful. A previous clinic made him a set of ill fitting dentures that he called horse teeth" and when we came to Craig

One of the best places I’ve been. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful every time I was there. Shout out to the dr. Helenius for doing an amazing job adjusting and building my denture. Was a very quick process within 2-3 weeks from my first visit I got my new teeth! I loved how they had a 3 month payment delay as long as half is paid by the time you get your teeth! Thanks a lot!

10/10 would recommend this clinic. Jonathan was extremely patient with my Nana. She was very hesitant on the process of getting teeth pulled and dentures put in made but he made her very confident in the process. The dentures fit perfect and look very natural.

I called Bonnie Doon Denture Clinic to inquired about my Mom getting new dentures. My Mom is 92 yrs old and relies on a ride from me. I didn't know if I could make it in time after work but Craig waited for us and offered options. He's very friendly and knowledgeable and treated us so nicely. It's a very comfortable place with super friendly staff. Mom got her dentures and is so happy with them! She needed a bit of an adjustment with them and Craig was happy to help. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

My MIL had her dentures created at the clinic by Jonathan Shapka. The dentist who put them in after she had 4 teeth pulled was very impressed by the way they fit. She finds them comfortable.

I suddenly found myself missing two front teeth. Being too far away from Christmas for Santa to do anything about it, I did the next best thing and went to the Bonnie Doon Denture Clinic. There, Santa...err... I mean, Craig made the process very relaxing and pain free. Turn around on my finished lower was quick, and alterations to ensure a perfect fit were easy, even after the initial fitting. First off, most professional team ever!I broke my top denture on a Tuesday evening right before I was heading to bed. I called them first thing Wednesday morning and they had me in 30 minutes later. I was home by noon with my repaired denture.I was in a huge panic as my husband has never seen me without my teeth in 20 years.I was greeted by the receptionist Jess the front counter with such a friendly kind professionalism. She was able to calm me and reassure me that they were going to take care of me. And that they did. I felt very comfortable.I made an appointment to have my denture re lined.I've been wearing dentures over 20 years and never have my dentures fit better than they do now! I recommend Bonnie Doon denture clinic to anyone that wants or needs quality dentures or work that is also very affordable.
