Steven's personal, open and friendly approach helped us on our journey to discover the right tile for our modest 2-sided gas fireplace. Result? Perfect!

Bevan and his staff are rock stars!!! They all share an obvious joy and a gift for helping us coordinate and select tiles, borders, grout, etc that go together beautifully. Bevan went out of his way to help us correct an error we made in ordering, and negotiated with the supplier to get us the best possible price. We feel great after being so well taken care of.

Very happy with my experience at Tile and Stone Source! I was planning to fix my fireplace and had been to a few sketchier places but was looking for something of quality. Luckily we found ourselves at Tile and Stone Source, which we could tell just by walking in would have what we were looking for. The showroom is clean, well lit, everything is well displayed. Snow helped us right away by showing us the different options, without pushing us to buy anything. The stones we chose are natural looking, and you can probably not tell from the photo, but they have a little sparkle in them! They were special order, but arrived in less than 2 weeks. When we had some extras left over, it was no problem to return them, which I was very happy about :) Overall it was a good experience and I will return the next time I need tiles or stones.
