One York helped up design a 2 story 10x30 back deck on our Northern Ontario home. We needed to make sure that in the event we put an addition on the kitchen, it could be done on the deck. At 25% the cost of architectural drawings, the feasibility study is a no-brainer. There is no downside. My wife and I continued with One York to do our architectural drawings so this first step ended up costing us nothing. If we had decided not to continue project planning, we would have made the smallest financial investment possible to get us the information we needed

I live next door to construction being done by this company and they are always ignoring the bylaws on start and stop times, my apartment doors, windows & screens are covered in mud and dirty sprayed water, and my plants are ruined. We have spoken to the head office and numerous workers but they change so often that it always happens again. I can’t say much about the actual work but They do not care about the surrounding property, so I guess if you hate your neighbours this would be a good company to use.Update: they commented below but continue to work well into the late night in the open backyard, so looks to me like a bunch of office speak. I also witnessed a loud argument about a worker not being paid… if things get better I’ll adjust this but I doubt it will. Myself along with the other neighbours and our landlord have called the office several times…
