While I can’t speak for some of these poor reviews, (but hey, Adidas get on training your staff better!), the encounter I did have was exemplary. I went in and left within 10 minutes after finding what I needed. The staff Anas was very knowledgeable and friendly, helping me select the right product in the right size. Fortunately the lineup went quick and the check out girls were kind and well equipped with the skills necessary. Hoping my next shopping trip will be as great as this one!

Worst service by employees, they don’t even let anyone use changing/fitting room just because they lost the key. They employee named “rishi” not even helped out in any other ways . Hell worst team there.

Very helpful staff. I wanted to buy forum mid shoes for my baby girl and husband. The staff went out of their way to open a new box of shipment so that my hubby could get his perfect size. Thanks team.

Will not recommend this store. Employee refused to honor the price on the tag saying it is not correct when there's clearly a tag attached to the product. Tag says $34.99 and he wants me to pay $71 something because that product was from a previous promotion and they forgot to remove the old sticker. I asked him that they need to honor the price on the tags and it's not the customer's fault that they forgot to remove the old one. Rudely, he said, it's also not their fault that the promotion ended. At that point, I just walked away. I also work in retail, I understand how the Scanning Code of Practice works.
