Came on a Saturday evening to fix my furnace. Pleasant and quick to respond. Love that the call went through a person from the company. Other companies went through confused answering services. Was fixed and had heat in a little more than an hour

These guys installed a water softener for me. I have had constant issues and leaks with this. They keep telling me they will come and fix it and then never get back to me and have stopped answering my calls.

Former emplyee to this company. Dont let this company fool you, they charge for parts to the property management companies and other customers that is given to them for free. I was assulted by the owner just for calling him a name. Rightway dosent follow the labor laws and has former employees take them to the labor board. I will be on that list to. Corners get cut almost blowing up a school and tried to sweep it under the carpet. This post may get erased, but if its read be aware.
