Lakeport Paint

I'm a bachelor trying to update the old family homestead. Without Caroline, I never stood a chance. Her knowledge, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile for me was paramount in getting the interior and exterior to where it is today. My sister, in Vermont, now uses nothing but BM paints and has convinced her friends as well. Can't say enough about their products and staff.

Love their paint. Curb side pick up is great. They keep a record of my purchases in case I need to reorder or a touch up.Very helpful.

They didn't even bother to call me back to set up an appointment for a carpet install measure. When I phoned they lost my info and promised he would call by the end of the week. 2 weeks later and no call.

The goto spot for all painting needs. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The quality of paint is unbeatable, no matter how dark the color it can be done in just a couple coats. It's an easy place to go for quick service and such a great price for the quality of product. They have greens, blues, yellows, reds, grays, black, white, brown, orange, green. There is a lot more colors I think, but that should give you an idea.

Very unprofessional attitude towards customer service. They almost ruined my project as the colour match wasn't even in the same tone and caused me to loose a customer because they decided to throw out my sample I brought in for a colour match. The swatch didn't belong to me and is no longer available. It appears they through it out to cover their mis-matched colour attemp! If that wasn't enough, their pricing is 10% more for the EXACT same product at a different Ben Moore dealer! I'm a contractor and will NEVER go or RECOMMEND them to any of my clients period! They even tried to blame me for the throwing out of the sample because I showed up a half hour before store closing. They took it and didn't return period. Not once did they even try to contact me even though I called back within hours of leaving the store and left a message. The nerve of this arrogant owner. Bad business. Buyer beware!

My family and I have been going here for years. Excellent and knowledgeable service, great at suggesting what products to use (both equipment and paint types). They fulfill orders super fast. Even during COVID (which has increased their order volume), they are able to fulfill orders within an hour or two. A bit pricier than other places I've been, but happy to pay a premium for the experience and efficiency of their staff.

The staff is the best!! Friendly, caring, knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to help the customer. Never an issue with them. Great, great company to deal with.

This has been my go to location for both myself / family members and for client jobs / referring clients to over the last 4+ years and have yet to have a negative experience or hear of one from a client! They've always been very helpful and accommodating while providing a pleasant customer service experience. I highly recommend this location for any of your paint, wallpaper, or interior needs. Not to mention that they're constantly working to expand their inventory / selection, which is always a big plus for customers because choice + selection is essential when working on the interior of a home. Definitely worth stopping in if you're working on the interior of your home, or even if you're just considering an interior job. If you don't have a preferred store you use and are currently considering options, put this location on your list for sure, you won't regret it!
