Had the fine people at Fresh Dish Catering cater my wedding. Food was delicious and service was friendly and so helpful. Guests were raving about the food after.

We had Fresh Dish Catering at our wedding, and they were amazing! The event manager (Evelyn) was very accommodating to us. After our taste testing, we found the chicken a little spicy, so Evelyn went out of her way to make the chicken the way we wanted it, and personally delivered it to us.We had around 110 guests at our wedding, and we had a lot of guests tell us that they really enjoyed the food. We got a buffet as well as a wedding cake. We had the full service of the catering staff to take away our dishes, and they served the head table.We had a great experience and definitely recommend Fresh Dish Catering in the future!

Fresh Dish catering catered our wedding and it was absolute perfection! It was an absolute pleasure working with Evelyn. We are both big foodies so we knew we wanted the food to be exceptional and Evelyn did not let us down! We did a plated meal and had 3 options for our guests (roast beef, citrus chicken, spinach and ricotta cannelloni). The main course came with roasted vegetables and roasted garlic creamy mashed potatoes and there were two family style salads to start with (baby greens and lemon goddess dressing and potato salad with seedy mustard dressing) We had two celiac guests whose meals were made sure to be free of gluten and neither one had an issue! We also had a vegan guest who got her own meal and she said it was delicious! Our appetizers were incredible (tangy & spicy Thai shrimp, sesame soy glazed beef skewers, sun dried tomato pesto puff pastry, & rose petal jam and goat cheese) and our midnight lunch was a taco bar which was a huge success with the guest! Everyone raved about how phenomenal the food was! We got married in December of last year and people still comment to us how great the food was!

Excellent food, excellent service, great people all throughout the process! They were also super patient with us as we started dinner late. Thanks for helping make our wedding so wonderful!

Fresh Dish Catering prepared delicious lunches and dinners for eighteen people throughout a ten-day event in March, 2023 held at St. Andrew's College, Saskatoon. The meals were delicious, always served at the right temperature, and on time every day. We were grateful for Chef Evelyn's expertise in accommodating the specific dietary needs of two participants. I highly recommend this catering company and will certainly hire them again.

I hired Fresh Dish for my wedding. I can’t say enough about how good the food was! The items we enjoyed most were the stuffed peppers (people were talking about them days after the event), the roast beef (so tender!) and the desserts, specifically the macarons (we got coconut and salted caramel flavour)! It was some of the best wedding catered food I have ever had. Evelyn and her team were prompt with answering my many questions and very friendly and approachable. There was a small issue regarding the amount of people I paid for to clear dishes and the number of people that showed up, due to one person being ill, but once Evelyn was made aware of the issue she was quick to make it right. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently hosted a birthday party at home for 11 guests and Evelyn (from Fresh Dish Catering) catered it for us. Evelyn was great to work with and available to answer our questions and develop a meal that was perfect for our event and budget. She arrived on time and was wellprepared for the evening. I would highly recommend her and am already hoping we can host another evening with friends and food catered by Fresh Dish.
