Supposed to be a place you see and smile. But they just put a dent on that for me.The store was happy to tell me my rings life warranty is null and void.The warranty they happily told me meant I was covered for life when I was all smiles getting my engagement ring for my wife.It's interesting how detailed with the rules they got when I needed help to do a simple maintenance on my diamond ring.This has got to be one of the worst experiences ever.Anyone going here needs to be careful with what deal they are offered at time of purchase. Better yet go elsewhere.

John is an amazing, charismatic and helpful man who was so great and nice to me, made my experience shopping a great and memorable one. This man truly deserves a raise.
