Last September we had a small house fire. We live two hours away from Kamloops and trying to coordinate and complete the repairs from the house fire became tedious and tiring. When it came time to choose the flooring Neill Steed made the job seem effortlessly. We literally walked into see him and had the flooring picked out within 30 minutes. Once the flooring was selected, the paint colors, fixtures and tile fell into place. A few weeks ago our flooring was installed and I am over the moon with end result. The installation was amazing, thanks Curt.Neill and staff of United Flooring thank for a superior job. The picture does not do the flooring justice but gives you a good idea.

It was our first time there. We had been shopping for flooring for a few months with no success. After 20 min with one of their staff we managed to pick out all the flooring we needed for our new house! Update; we just got our quote and were shocked at the price of the hardwood floors. If price is no object then I would still recommend them. Will we be using them? Not sure yet.

We just finished building our forever home and dealing with Neill for our flooring was great! Neill was always quick to respond to email requests and phone calls no matter how busy he was. This is so important to me as I felt valued as a customer! Neill went out of his way to visit our home multiple times to ensure measurements and finalize arrangements for purchase and install. If you want to feel like a valued customer, I highly recommend giving Neill a call.

We recently met with Stefan Herter for consultation on our kitchen tile project. We found Stefan to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He had a clear vision of what would and woud not work for our home. The installer, Chris Howe; did an exceptional job of carrying out that vision flawlessly. We found Chris to be an exemplary worker with very high standards and expectations of himself. It is without hesitation that we would recommend this duo for any tile projects you may wish to do.
