We had a great experience at DGN Kilters. OUr helper was Aisling, she was patient, attentive, and knowledagable. Very personalised service, she even had experience with the school that my daguther went which made it just more personal. She took the time to explain the process, suggested how many items to get when we asked her a painful experience made easy.

Stacey is the best ever! She was so friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up! I wish I had three thumbs:)

WOW what a fantastic and safe experience!We are new to the world of uniform schools. From start to finish Gina made it very easy for us. We book an appointment, Gina called us right away, took the time to explain everything even pulled some sample sizes for us to try when we arrived for our appointment. When we arrived we tried the items and Gina took the time with us and made great recommendations on sizes and how many pieces we should purchase. Thank you Gina and Stacey you are both friendly, kind and great customer service!!

Update, the uniform arrived 10 days later than expected. There was no communication from the company about delays or explanation of the delay. The website should be fixed stating that the items might take 2-3 weeks" to arrive instead of "5 days" and if there is delays on top of the 2-3 weeks an email could be sent to advise the shipment is going to be delayed.Hello

Great experience shopping for my son's school uniform essentials. I spoke with Gina when booking my appointment, and she also happened to help us on our visit. She was a great help all around! The store is clean and organized nicely, making the experience very smooth and efficient.

I picked up our online uniform order at this Markham location and after my daughter tried out her uniform items at home many had to be exchanged. I called Gina the same day asking if I would be able to drop by the next day for exchanges. She said that she was fully booked with 80+ appointments but suggested for me to come in at 9:30am. I later realized that 10am was the store's open hour and Gina was extremely kind and generous to allow us to do exchanges before their open hour. Wow! Talk about great customer service! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much Gina and team. Look forward seeing you again!

Staci was so friendly and helpful! I'm sure she was smiling behind her mask all the while :) She helped us get the right sizes for my daughter's uniform and also let us know what to expect in terms of uniform rules at her new school. Thanks a lot for a great experience!

Today I went to DGN Kilters at 14Ave to purchase my daughter’s grade 9 uniform. Since this is my first time, I was unsure of the process and what was needed for my daughter. As soon as we got to the store I was greeted with the best service ever. Gina, Sierra and Gracie was very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what we needed and made the best recommendations in terms of sizing. We were able to discuss and find the best amount of Uniform that we needed. They made the experience easy and when we left the store we knew we were ready for school. I totally recommend scheduling appointments with Gina, Gracie and Sierra.
