I am not sure what was the reason but my conversation with the guy went like thisMe:-knock on the door-“Excuse me, I have an 3:45 appointment booked for fingerprint scan(time was ~3:30 and I was early)”The person: ”So?”Me:”I just wanted to know where am I supposed to be?”The person:”Here. at 3:45…..” and then he started explaining that how busy he is to answer me before 3:45.Context: The office is difficult to locate(atleast for me) so I wanted to make sure that I am at the right place and dont miss my appointment. During the appointment he was quite professional nothing weird, just straight faces but the initial conversation went like he was disgusted with my query or something.[EDIT] :Within 24 hours of my initial review I received a call from the concerned person. Very professionally and maturely my concerns were addressed and resolved. To show the initiative to resolve the conflict is not something common these days as most people just get offended.I thank you for the call, there is nothing stopping me from jumping to a five star rating.
