El Cheapo Movers

This company is the most unprofessional company I’ve EVER hired to move. Not only where there damages to property, there were damages to our unit. When we emailed, they ignored the emails forcing us to call. When we called, I experienced discrimination and racism from a man by the name of Jeff Robinson. Laughing in our faces saying “you people were a pain to deal with from the start and have been nothing but a problem”. In addition to that, hung up the phone when I asked for his position in the company and request to speak to someone to address our concerns. NEVER again!

I strongly recommend El Cheapo. We had a very positive experience working with them, they are easy too book, no hidden fees, very responsive and kind. The crew who came to do the move was awesome. Our move was not easy, our townhouse has 4 floors. But they managed to do it fast and with a great attitude. They are fast, effective and cordial. 5 stars.

Amjad is careful and very pleasant to meet.Somehow the movers were told to arrive much earlier than booked time but they cleared the confusion up. Nice service overall.

Just had a fantastic experience with El Cheapo Movers!From start to finish they were friendly and efficient.Jeff and Narjes were both patient, professional and courteous. My organization has worked with El Cheapo movers multiple times now, and have had a stellar experience at every point. The staff in the office are warm and friendly over the phone, and give you all the resources you need prior to the move. I particularly appreciate their online inventory format with pictures, making it very accessible to those with language barriers. Finally, the movers have always been professional, hard-working, and friendly. To top it all off, they offer these services at a very reasonable price. Thank you El Cheapo Movers!

Great experience! Thorough and responsive through the booking process, and quote was more than competitive. Moving service on the day was smooth and timing was as expected. Alex Maniev, Dmytro and Elvis were fast and efficient. Would book again!

El Cheapo did a fantastic job moving an extremely difficult piece of furniture into my home. I would definitely recommend them.

Terrible experience!The movers arrived 1h 30m late. They were unprofessional, as a matter of fact it was the first day of one of the movers. They were really slow on purpose, it took 6 hours for a move 10 minutes away.They damaged and broke some furniture. They also damaged the walls, they moved stuff without caring.I was expecting the crew to tear apart some furniture before moving, but they didn't do it.And worst of all it wasn't cheap at all.1 star is too much for that bad service

I used El Cheapo for a move on November 1, 2022. The actual movers were fantastic and were very kind and efficient. However, a few days after my move I started to wake up with bedbug bites (I've had them in the past so am very familiar with what they look like). I was assured from my new landlord and the previous tenant that there were no bugs before I moved in so I reached out to El Cheapo. The man on the phone at El Cheapo was very dismissive of me however, he stated that they had had bedbugs 6 months prior. I've since reached out to El Cheapo again but have never heard anything back. I totally understand that this is something that can happen however, I wish that the company had taken a bit of responsibility, responded to me, and offered some financial compensation. I offered a doctors note with proof of my bites, photographic evidence, and my invoice from the extermination but still heard nothing.

Really organized and efficient they didn't waist a second. The movers were nice and professional, and my furniture was wrapped and transported without damage.
