Dial and File Process servers (Court Filing/Skip Tracing/Process Serving)

Over the past 2.5 years Dial and File have been invaluable to our law firm. They are reliable, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to get the job done. Never have we had a rush request that was not able to be met. Sonny and his team have our firm's highest recommendation.

I've not only used them, I've worked for them. In both cases, awesome. Sunny is also awesome as someone to work for. If you use this service, you're getting top notch. I wish i got paid for this review wink wink... but seriously, I'd sign an affidavit confirming my statement above.

Recommend is not a strong enough description for the experience I had with Sonny and Dial and File. Great customer service and also someone with a big heart. My only advice would be to call rather than email, Sonny isn't great about responding to email but if you call he will remember everything and will make sure what you need is done well and promptly.

VERY happy with Dial and File Process Servers. Worked with Sonny and served the subject first try. Easy to work with this compamny. You have to be patient though because they have a ton of clients but always get back to you when they get the chance.

We just had exemplary service from Sonny at Dial and File process servers. We had a major lawsuit that needed urgent serving to defendants. We needed the 4 parties served simultaneously early Monday morning, as a rush. Time was crucial. Sonny gave us a flat rate, affordable and competitive pricing as per their web site. Sonny got the 4 lawsuit documents (Envelopes), late Sunday and served all by 945 am the next day. Sonny comfirmed immediately that it was done. We were pleasantly shocked at the efficiency of his operations. The parties were in Ontario about 370 km apart. Then we received the 4 affidavits of service within 48 hours. The service at dial and file, was pleasant professional, highly efficient and very easy to set up. No complications and just very streamlined. Communication with Sonny is straightforward and easy. We just knew to trust him and dial and file with something that was of paramount importance to us. The confidence he showed, and their expertise is very apparent. They just get the job done!I highly recommend dial and file for all their services and plan to be regular customers for a long time. How they managed to serve 4 parties in different cities far apart concurrently (within 29 minutes apart) to ensure service, just left an amazing impression on us of their capabilities.Highly recommended for professionals, lawyers, normal people, or sophisticated people like us that like our critical lawsuits served in a particular way and in urgent fashion. I found them to be very unprofessional. Missing documents. Errors on the AOS returned. D&F advertised skip tracing without telling you that they can only do MTO searches, and the fees charged was a lot more than other service providers.

With the mother and her two children missing for three years, Sonny promptly found the address for the access papers to be served and filed with expediency, the same as on the next occasion when we had to do business two months later for the case conference. The court awarded us access. This is a company that delivers; with our sincere respects and regards.

This company sucks at customer service we were told to send the document to Toronto when we told them the documents needs to be served in mississuaga they went on telling me that I have sent the documents from states to the wrong location so there is going to be the fee to excepidiate in paid that than three attempts they can't serve the documents and than I resign my case so off course there was no filling so they should have refund me for that. And the boy at Toronto location has no sense of customer service and he doesn't know how to talk to customer respectfully. I would never use this company I'll rather travel to Canada and do the thing myself

I needed to have court papers filed and someone served in Toronto and I was in Chicago. I called Sonny and his team got it done in 24 hrs and allowed me to move forward with my lawsuit. I would recommend Dial and FileJ.Terry
