I am here for deep tissue massage therapy. After a few visits I noticed such a difference in my range of motion that I’ve continued going every week . She always has a quick consultation before each massage to target problem areas and I’m often given stretches and exercises to do at home. She’s friendly and professional and it’s a very comfortable, clean environment. I’ve been to many RMT’s over the years but I’ve never experienced the results that I’ve had over the past year.Thanks Aastha for a great massage treatment.
