This is my go-to place for whatever I need... Especially when it comes to replacing/upgrading phones- I won't go anywhere else.The staff are always more than accommodating, extremely friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, and fast! my time here is always seamless.I've never left the store feeling like I've been sold something I don't need or will regret purchasing.. which is a HUGE bonus for me, because I'm not very up to date with the constant bombardment of technology that is available.In other words- I trust these guys.A shout-out to Laurie, who's taken the time to assist me the past couple times Ive stopped in for a new phone,Thank you

Once again the employees, especially Louise. They went above and beyond. The helped me set up my knew phone even though I did't buy it from them. They even swapped out my SIM card so Bell would work on my 7a. Thanks again guys. See ya soon.Pete

I had an issue with my cell phone. SAMIL assisted me and sorted out my problem. He was courteous thru out the entire transaction as well as very knowledgeable. I would recommend this store to anyone who needed to purchase or upgrade a cell phone.

After the most tedious and painful 4 days of dealing with the aftermath of having my phone stolen, the guys at the source were FANTASTIC at working with me to get my new phone plan working and advocated for me as their customer in every way they could. They waited on hold and called phone number after phone number so I could walk away with a working phone as well as upgrading me to a better plan! Super happy and very grateful :)

Love this The Source location. They were amazing. Staff help me immediately upon entering the store and greeted me with customer service. They helped me find exactly what I needed. They help me find even more than I needed. It was an excellent experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful.They knew how to work their computer system well so purchasing things was easy. They got me all hooked up with all my electronics needs fast and simple. Switch me over service providers for my phone and got me a really good deal with Belle and a new Google pixel 6.Worked in some magic to get me some good prices on other stuff in the store.Thank you Dhar, Vishnu, Sahil and Lorie.You're all an awesome team and working with each other very well.

I just wanted to thank Laurie in the Trail store, for all the amazing service she provided me. She was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions ,and relieve me of all the stress I was having regarding looking for the best and proper gift for my daughter.
