Today I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed under sedation. I was so nervous and scared, but with professional wonderful Dr. Reda Elgazzar and the Dr. For the sedation along with wonderful professional nurses and staffing they make it easy relaxing dental surgery for me.Iam grateful to you all.If you scared or anxious about get your teeth removed under sedation surgery, I recommend you do it with professional oral surgeon Dr. Reda Algazzar Elgazzar.

I'd like to thank Dr. Reda and the exceptional staff for the beyond excellent dental experience. Although I was worried about the risks that are involved with the surgery, Dr. Reda explained the process to every detail and was very comforting when it came time for it. After the surgery, I was given detailed post-op instructions by the surgical assistant. No complications or issues occurred post-op, and my experience with them cannot be matched.

I paid for braces ONLY to have jaw alignment surgery..not because my teeth were crooked. Thinking this surgery will happen over 3+ years (waiting due to covid) NOW I find out that Dr Shah believes I do not need the surgery. Now after 3 years of utter confusion, terrible communication and manipulation. Why was I not informed of this prior to paying almost 10,000 for braces I did not need!I have never felt so ripped off and confused in my life. I wasnt listened to, I wasn't communicated with. I had to make all my appointments. I actually had a surgery date? For what? I do not know and there was NO real plan. I was not told about the cancellation. I had called to confirm the surgery and was informed it had been cancelled.I will be looking into legal matters regarding this unbelievable experience. I can't even describe this situation in a sensical way because nothing lines up.All in all, go somewhere else if you're needing jaw alignment surgery.

I had a broken tooth and Dr. Elgazzar was highly recommended to me by others when I asked for an oral surgeon. When I went for my appointment I understood why he was highly recommended. First he was welcoming and comforting. He explained everything in an easy still professional way. He explained the procedure and why it is needed and when we can do it. He also pointed out other problems I had and what to do about them. He was not pushy or in a hurry like others. I felt very comfortable before, during and after the procedure. The staff explained what to expect and what to do if I needed help. I also want to.mention that the cost was much less than the estimates I got from others. When you go to Dr. Elgazzar you get a knowledgeable nice professional oral surgeon who you can trust.

I had wisdom teeth removal surgery in first week of November, I am still waiting for deposit to be refunded. I have made several requests to get my deposit back but the staff does not seem to care much and always assure me i will get my deposit soon whenever i call them. What is the definition of soon for them? 43 days later i am still waiting for my money. Not only that they did surgery on a wrong site, and submitted claim for tooth that had been previously removed, My insurance company clearly mentioned on the statement to submit the right claim and i called the Assiniboia Surgical Centre several times to submit the claim with correct information and refund my deposit. Our records show you had this tooth pulled before this claim. Check with your dentist to make sure what you submitted is right". My insurer knows my tooth had been pulled in the past

I recently had my bottom wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Shah, he did a wonderful job. Him and dental assistant, Doreen, did an amazing job keeping me calm and walking me through the steps of the operation. Even though its not something I would want to have done again, they made me as comfortable as I could be. I will be recommending them to other people in need of dental surgery. Winnipeg is blessed to have a doctor like Dr. Elgazzar!I usually am terrified of tooth interventions, but with this man, I look forward to having my tooth pulled!Amazing doc, skilled, knowledgeable, excellent bedside manner, excellent clinic vibe and staff.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. Having my teeth touched with metal drives me absolutely crazy. This place was amazing. The staff is super professional with kindness added. Great place to be when you need these services. A+

I was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of all the staff, from receptionist to surgeon. Dr. Shah's surgical skill was so refined that we were finished before I realised that he had really grappled with the necrotic tooth. Kudos, doctor!

I needed a tooth extracted and I was recommended to this place. Dr. Shah did the work and I have no complaints.He pulled the tooth quickly, I didn't feel a thing and it was relatively inexpensive for dental work. He went over all possible outcomes ( the risk) and gave clear instructions about the healing process.My stitches are holding up and I am experiencing little to no pain afterwards. Happy with the service and very happy to get rid of my bad tooth. I recommend this place.
