Went to replace pin in my watch, did it for $5 but the pin broke very next day. Went back to get it fixed and was ready to pay again but the owner got rude and asked me to go to another shop as he can’t provide guarantee even though I didn’t ask for one ! Perhaps that’s the reason he accepts only cash.

Went there on a Wednesday to buy an engagement ring I had chosen the night before. Door AND online say it opens at 10am. 9.58am closed. 10.15am closed. Rang and left a message. 10.30am still closed and I'm late for work and have to leave. More than dissappointed.

Excellent service. $10 for battery replacement - did it within 5 minutes. Must pay cash.The back panel of my watch had also come off. He fixed that as well within the 5 minutes. Took $5 (cash, again)

Brought in my old Bulova watch and got a quote on the spot. Had my watch serviced; new battery, link removed and the glass replaced. Also cleaned up the dial for me.Overall very happy with the quality of service.Minus one star because I tried twice to pick up the watch but the store was closed during posted operating hours... However Plus one star because he stayed open late for me when I called ahead.

Great service and had my high end watch fixed within a few days. He dealt with me old school and i managed to pick up a nice bracelet for mom. I haggled him down on the price so it felt as if we both won. I'll be back.. Thanks Danny.
