I have been going to see Dr. Kirk for a about a year now and she has changed my life! Through her support and guidance I have lost almost 100 lb and I am happier and heather than I have been in my entire life. Her educational approach to health has given me the tools I will use for the rest of my life.

Dr. Angela Kirk is very knowledgable, kind and creates a comforting space while discussing getting you on a better path to feeling healthy.

Dr. Alexa Birdgeneau reshaped my view on what medicine could be! Being a new patient to the Naturopathic approach I didn't have much background other than my family doctor. What blew me away was the unique and individually catered plan to address my health concerns. She took the time to learn my history, concerns, educate and establish what my current health standing was. She started by looking at treating the cause, a whole picture approach rather than just addressing the symptoms with a bandaid" solution. I couldn't recommend a better clinic

Dr. Kirk is amazing. Calm, present and engaged. It's such a relief to see a Health Care practitioner who makes eye contact, is not rushed, and who truly listens!I went to Dr. Kirk for Bowen Therapy & cannot recommend this enough if you're having any kind of physical issues. I presented with a partially frozen shoulder. My Sports Med doc was mystified and wanted to inject the joint. 8 weeks of physio saw little improvement. ONE Bowen treatment took me from 50% movement to 80% mobility.I also appreciated that Dr. Kirk's physical assessment was more thoughtful & detailed than any other specialist I have seen in the last 6 months of trying to resolve this shoulder issue. She gave me more home stretches than my physio, and included nutritional suggestions.If you're serious about health & healing - see Dr. Kirk!

We have seen Laura Patrick for massage and craniosacral therapy for our infant (starting from ~4mo) due to significant torticollis. First, I think the therapy itself has been very beneficial, and very complementary to the physio we have also been doing. Second, Laura is wonderful. Stepping into her therapy space is calming and she is so great with our baby - very patient and gentle. She is also very thoughtful (e.g. she texted me ahead of one appt to remind me of road closures downtown during Stampede which I completely wouldn't have remembered and which would've made us late), and she will only recommend treatment if appropriate (e.g. if it's probably ok to wait 6 weeks for followup, or if she thinks only a shorter appointment is needed she will only charge accordingly). All in all - highly recommend Laura!

Dr. Katz is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my health issues and explain solutions in a way I could understand. It was great to have someone sit down with me, listen, and help me understand what was going on. The staff was very welcoming and I instantly felt comfortable. All of my visits to the clinic have been very positive! Dr. Ang is very knowledgeable and friendly. The front admin staff is very efficient and welcoming.Anyone looking for a different opinion or outlook on their ailments should pay them a visit ;-)

Dr. Ang does not have a magic wand but her deep knowledge and passion for optimizing people's health in a natural, safe way seem to always do wonders for me and my family! I always walk away that much more aware and connected to what is going on in my mental and physical health.
