Always we'll stocked and clean. The only downfall is they are switching away from some brand names and bringing in My Compliments brand. Not a fan

Started well; quality going downhill steadily over time.For example: there used to be a nice section to get fresh herbs, now replaced with chips and pop that could be purchased at any convenience store.Very disappointing.Bye Safeway.

First visit to this Safeway last night, Strawberry on sale. Without much thought i just put on into my basket, and when ingot home open it, they are all bad. They were carefully positioned so that it is not easy to spot the rotten side.I tried to save them, cut out the rotten meat for juice but they were so bad, all didn’t taste right and i have to throw them away.If they are no good, they should go to compost instead of keep selling it.I thought Safeway is a premium supermarket nowadays but i am wrong. It is not a matter of money, it is about faith to a brand. And clearly i have none to this brand. I wish i can give zero star.

They have lots of items the other safeways don't. Super clean, presentable, and amazing customer service! I had 2 issues with the bakery in 2022. The 1st one I let slide the 2nd I had to get management involved, and they went above and beyond to help me. I believe her name was Nicole, anyways she saved my day, to say the least. Highly recommended shopping here!

Who would have thought to go to Safeway for lunch on the patio!This location has a Starbucks and deli counter with a huge 2nd floor outdoor patio on the south side to relax.

I'll give 5 stars to the customer service of Wendy of the bakery department. She was very helpful in helping me the choose the right cake and making it look special for my friend's birthday. Wendy is an asset to Safeway! As for the cake, it was delicious. Totally recommended!

Bought some discounted hand peeled shrimp, as the expiry date was today. Got it home and yikes, smelled really strong. Took a precautionary nibble anyway because I'm stupid that way. Gag! I called to inform them and the reply bas thanks for the feedback, shrimp can smell. No offer of a refund. Rather underwhelming response to potential food poisoning!

Would give 5 stars but 90% of the time there is no one behind the bakery counter. The pastries are awesome as well they have great gluten free products in the store and now great gluten free bread products
