I had a couple drives fried by bad power applied to the drives. Was able to recover them to new drives. Not a byte was missing. Communication and process were great.

If you need data recovery this is the first call you should make. This summer my hard drive failed and I had gotten lazy and had a window of 18 months without backup. All our accounting for three companies would have been lost and would have had to be redone. Most devastating, for 20 years I have been adding to a Christmas Video that I play in the background over Christmas. This is 4 hours long with videos and clips that could never be redone the same way. The only current copy and project file was on this hard drive. All that to say, there were things on my hard drive that were irreplaceable.Looking for a company was overwhelming. I called many and the cost was grey, a very expensive range with no guarantee and no upper limit. Meeting with them, I can’t imagine a situation where they can’t save your data. Hearing about their work and clients, whether you are an individual, small company, large organization, government, or part of a legal matter…. This company should be your first call. I am forever grateful! Lastly, as an added bonus, for the cost of a new hard drive ($150) and no extra charge, Oleg took the lost data from the faulty HD and put it on a new HD and installed it in my computer. Basically fixing my computer. Again, over delivering which is not the norm these days.

Oleg and Helen are awesome! They've helped us twice now...once to recover several hundred gigabytes of data from a corrupted hard drive, and most recently, to transfer data to a new laptop. Both times they provided a quote the same day (the data recovery quote was half what another company said it would cost). The data transfer was done within 24 hours and the data recovery took a few days (again, a fraction of the time other services were quoting).
