Excellent place management and staff, It is all a hard work to keep the residents more comfortable with perfect care. Clean and spacious place with healthy homemade meals and good activities every day. love that place.

Great place with caring, attentive staff.

Come on. You all know that these reviews are fixed. My Mom was here around 5 years ago.The bathroom across the hall was out of order most of the time. If she had a Dr. Appointment and we got her back late for a meal, they had no food to offer.Mom has been 4 different care homes. This one was the least impressive.

After move-in we were advised the In-home 24 hour Doctor had retired with no replacement yet. The second month there were few sporadic Doctor visits.Daily activities promoted on their website could have easily been organized regardless of Covid-19. In 4 months we were not aware of ANY activities such as Bingo, Bowling, Card Games, Arts & Craft, Garden Parties etc. as advertised.There was no live entertainment ever. To provide this, as per their website, there are three potential areas to set up; living room, sundeck, or rear yard. Any entertainer could safely set up to provide much needed entertainment for the residents.The back yard has been divided in half by a high fence to provide a private area for the tenants who rent the basement suite. However, the needs of the seniors who are in isolation there should be a higher priority than generating more revenue, and being able to move around a spacious, landscaped yard without tripping hazards such as cracked concrete would go a long way toward improving mental health and quality of life.The personal care workers were caring and excellent. The meals excellent. But we feel with very little effort the resident’s quality of life could greatly improve.
