Harmeek was Very knowledgeable, Helpful, Very Patient, explained fully, answered all my questions, setup my phone even though Very busy meeting the needs of others at the same time. I Recommend her highly to any customer especially people like me who are technically challenged. Also I got samsung which is excellent phone and I am very happy with my new phone.

Not really impressed honestly. I was willing to buy a new phone but it felt like pulling teeth to get the info about WOW's deals I was looking for. It felt like they didn't want my business. I know my expectations may have been a little higher than average because I used to work in telecom, but come on yall. Do I actually have to show up with my boyfriend and let him speak for me in order to get good customer service here? I closed the sale at Koodo instead.

The customer service at Southgate was really impressive. Gurtej was kind, thorough, and took his time to find me a great deal (as a returning Koodo customer). The experience was great - especially after attempting to buy a phone at a different mobile boutique the day before and ended up walking away due to very poor customer service. Gurtej did a fantastic job!

Today we visited Wow Mobile in Southgate - I would have never have thought to go to a boutique store as we usually just go directly through Bell/Rogers. However, I had a few questions about the different types of phones we have been looking at online and Paul educated us. He was helpful and amazing to deal with. So were his colleagues. Everyone was great. Paul got us an awesome phone on an affordable plan for our son. He understood our needs and made appropriate suggestions. Another well-deserved 5 star review for Paul!

I had an amazing experience here at WOW! mobile with Harry (Hardial) and Tushar. They were knowledgeable, courteous and best of all, not pushy sales people. They helped us find great plans and phones that worked for our lifestyle. I highly recommend them to everyone! They deserve a pay increase!!!

Paul is a wonderful employee at Wow Boutique, Southgate Mall.I have purchased several phones from him. He was excellent at explaining the features of my new phone and showed me what my new camera could do. He was so patient when I forgot my Samsung password. He answered all of my questions. He said if I had questions after I left, to make sure to call him so he could help. I highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a new cell phone.

Paul gave our family excellent service. We started out with the plan to just upgrade one phone and we ended up upgrading all our phones due to the excellent service. He reviewed our current plans and was able to find cheaper plans for us that gave us more data for less monthly fees.
