Came into the store to resolve an issue regarding an in store order from a different location not being properly shipped to home. The staff along with the manager (who’s name I didn’t catch, apologies) were so kind and helpful. My issue was somewhat trivial in the grand scheme and they were very helpful regardless. :) thank you !

I went to the store to do an exchange due to the size issue and I was carrying both my receipts and the manager named Fren was unprofessional and rude. I mean the card I was using has more annual fee than her biweekly salary.

Went to buy my son jeans yesterday, I grabbed his size from the top of the pile and was immediately scolded by an associate who told me not to touch anything. He’s coworker then praised him for stopping me from making a mess. I immediately dropped the jean and left. What’s wrong with your staff?

Francesca at the Square One location helped me and she was absolutely amazing!!!! I will definitely look for her next time I visit the store. I can't thank her enough for her help!! She's a star.

this place is the worst walked in asked for help from a girl with glasses she just pointed me in the wrong direction and she kept talking to her workers. I was walking around the full store all I kept hearing was her voice I asked an employe what her name was they said Emma she was very rude and I'm shocked they would have someone like this working at this location. By far the worst service

The staff on Sunday March 12th were the worst I’ve seen. I wanted to look at a jean and I was told “do not touch the jeans” repeatedly. While a supervisor or manager was complaining to fellow employees that they needed to be “on top” of customers and not letting them touch anything so they could “go home early”. I literally up and left after that, it was the most disgusting thing I’ve heard. If I’m not allowed to touch any of your clothes you don’t deserve my business. I’ve never had a clothing store tell me not to touch anything, even high end retailers love when you do because that’s how you get hooked by feeling the material. If you need to go to American Eagle skip the square one location until they get their act together. /End Rant.

Workers are busy talking to each other and ignore customers. I finally got someone to help and they went to the back to check for the size. After fifteen minutes I went looking for them to find them talking to another associate while holding the jeans. I left without buying them
