Wonderful experience at this enterprise rental car branch & the greatest customer service & care I have experienced in years. Jenny and Avi were so friendly, personable and compassionate towards my situation. The rental car I was provided was very clean, pick up & drop off was quick and seamless. Staff member Ash drove me back to my car once repairs were complete. He was so friendly & helpful, offered to carry all my belongings from the rental car to my vehicle. Keep up the great work, everyone!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Enterprise rental cars, and I must say that my experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked into their office, I was greeted with friendly and professional staff who were eager to assist me.The process of renting the car was smooth and efficient. The staff guided me through all the necessary paperwork and explained the terms and conditions clearly. They also provided me with detailed information about the different car models available, helping me choose the one that best suited my needs.The car itself was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. It ran smoothly throughout my entire rental period, and I had no issues whatsoever. The vehicle was also equipped with the latest technology and safety features, which made me feel confident and secure during my travels.What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional customer service I received. The staff was readily available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They provided me with helpful tips and recommendations for local attractions and made me feel like a valued customer.Returning the car was just as effortless as picking it up. The service is slow and unprofessional. Even pre check in days before won't help to reserve the type of car you have booked. If you're booking for weekend then you will experience a long wait for your pick up, a reservation won't help as most of the time they don't have car available at hand and sometimes will send you to other locations for pick up which takes extra longer waiting time and that time is not compensated for your rental and you still have to return at same time based on reservation. And one guy at front desk is super rude and unprofessional as every time he will pretend to be nice but then give you a hard time for picking up cars by letting you wait extra long (more than half hour) even with reservation and on time arrival, so they won't need to give you an upgrade.

My car was dropped at the Dodge dealership for maintenance inspection thus I had to go to the nearby Enterprise to pick up a car for one day use while my car is being looked at. I got a dealership voucher for the excellent rate and the staff was very friendly and warm-hearted who gave me very good service. The pick-up and drop-off experience was very smooth and timely. I had originally hoped that I can picked up a ride from Dodge-Jeep-Chrysler line due my familiarity with the interior and system and guess what？ That's exactly what I got! I got a White Chrysler 300 something that I have driven numerous times before from other rental places and the interior/Uconnect system in the 300 is exactly the same as my own dodge. Had a good time and will come back for more whenever possible and necessary!

Car was fine, but the customer service and passive aggressive attitude from the staff (multiple members) was totally unnecessary and unhelpful, especially for the amount of money you’re paying. Didn’t make it an easy experience, and won’t be returning to use again unfortunately.

I have an extremely bad experience. These guys are so rude, and their attitude really sucks. They don't keep promises to customers and ignore them. Even though the return should be by 11:59 PM on the contract, they close at 6:00 PM, and they don't have the key drop box, and there was no mention. And they do not take any responsibility for it but rather shift it to others. Don't believe in hearing more about customers' opinions via email. Always busy and I've had to wait 15 minutes just to ask a simple question which the staff couldn't answer. The cars have been great to rent; no problem renting or returning after hours. I have used their store for over 18 years because closest to home.

Great customer service by employees and Manager!We booked a Toyota Camry but it was not available on pickup time. They offered me other vehicle but gave me an option for final choice. Finally they gave us A Toyota Rav4 without extra cost.Branch manager was very friendly with all customers on drop off day!Thanks Enterprise for such a nice customer service!

Great service provided by this location’s staff. They do care about their customers. You can tell from there face that they love the work they done, they do value customer’s feelings. Highly recommend to all people when u in need of a rental car.
