Diane was exceptionally pleasant to deal with over the phone & in person. Although my storage needs with A Bay Storage was brief due to my location, I would not hesitate to continue renting a unit from them if I had lived closer. To my knowledge, they have the best rates in the area & I had no complaints as a customer.

We needed to store some items short term and Gary was very accompanying! The unit was just what we needed, the price was great and it was clean. Thank you!!

Just moved down from Alaska to the Bay. Made arrangements via phone and units were held for me until I arrived. Clean, well maintained facility with super helpful family owners. Gary even helped me move in! Highly recommend. I joined the fitness center too......

Super storage facility! All of my needs are met. The owners are so helpful and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend for anyone in the area.

We had moved to this area from Florida and Gary was extremely helpful with getting us the units that were needed..and he even helped us unload all of our stuff!! Super nice guy who would go out of his way for you. The fact that he lives on the premises is a plus too. For any of your storage needs be sure to give Gary a call!!

The owner was great to deal with, responded promptly to our queries. Great service, even assisted with breaking down crates that had been stored for almost 2 years!!Dave/CA to Ontario!

Gary was very very nice...he even helped me unload my vehicle from the trailer and untie my ratchet straps. It's a nice facility and convenient to access just a few minutes off i81. Very glad I found this place.

If I could I would give zero stars. Planned on a meeting time and place to meet days in advance. They never showed! I called that morning to confirm. They never returned any of my 5 calls. The initial email instructed me that I can also show up and call and they will be there. THEY. NEVER. CALLED. ME. BACK!!! Never showed! I waited in the rain for over 1 hour. I 45 min was early. I waited 45 min. late. I knocked on doors. They apparently live on the property, knocked for ten minutes again in the rain! I called a place around the corner after this long no-show wait. They answered right away, accommodated me in 15 minutes! I am a patient, understanding & accommodating person, this was one of the worse businesses I have ever dealt with! My first poor review. I am sad to say that you need to beware, I support my community, but this business obviously does not care about us. T
