Excellent customer service . Staff here are so nice! I have been going for a few years and some faces have become familiar. They even recognize me and we chat for a little bit. Even when there are new hires, nothing changes. They are always the nicest people, the food is amazing as well, and I have never had a problem here

I haven't had KFC in a long time but I wanted to give it a try and see if it's still as good as I remembered. I have to admit that if something is good there is no need to change it. Had a 3pcs combo and it was delicious. Original recipe still as good as I remember.

KFC HAS BEEN RUINED! Change it back to the original KFC Chicken. It’s no longer KFC Chicken, taste nothing like it. Customer Service is pathetic & most of all It’s so disappointing to call HEAD OFFICE just to be lied too, they DON’T care either, this location is just terrible food its stale been sitting way too long and served, when paying the price of family meals to get this kind of service is enough for me to never buy KFC again! Popeyes here we come!!!HEAD OFFICE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE iS UNACCEPTABLE!

RUN away from this location. I picked up some food tonight and it was atrocious. Biggest waste of money. They don’t even season their fries anymore. Chicken sandwich tasted like plastic and cardboard together. Breading is inedible. Just look at the pictures. First and last time. AVOID !!!

Horrible quality of food for the cost. KFC is nothing like how I remember it. Save your money make your own fried chicken at home. You save your hard earned money, make way better tasting fried chicken and with the magic of air fryers you’re own delicious fries. Don’t waste your money on this garbage they call fried chicken. The Kernel is rolling over in his grave right now.

I've reviewed kfc locations before on the basis of having the chicken n share option available. I can confirm they do have it and are very quick to understand the order. I've been in situations before where other kfc locations told me they don't know what it, they don't see it on the menu, or try to convince me it comes with something else. I'm glad to say this location is not like those others ones. Overall, I'm extremely happy with their service and will be framing the receipt as a memory of my order: chicken n share

Chicken tasted stale, one of the strips looks like a nugget, macaroni salad was warm and filled with sauce. This location has good customer service but quality of food has gone down. Disappointed, only good thing was a Pepsi max

The poor rating is for their service and availability of food items. Chicken lovers should go and find other locations before coming to this one, especially on weekends and holidays. They are usually out of chicken on these days ( kind of irony to their own brand name) and worst thing is KFC mobile app allow us to book the food at this location even if they are out of stock.Better to avoid this location to spare yourself from any disappointments.
