Wes did an amazing job at my friends house in Calgary. I saw how clean he got the pet stains out of a white shag carpet. I thought they were there to stay but they came clean and the odor was gone.

Terrible! I know my living room had tough stains however many other areas could have been done a lot better. Coffee, plant soil, had my own carpet cleaner died I could have easily cleaned it with my Bissell. The guy seemed rush.
