What we thought was just a clogged pipe turned into a huge plumbing problem. Drain 1 was awesome. They came out on a long weekend, worked tirelessly to get the job done quickly, and communicated clearly with us throughout. I would recommend them to anyone. Best contractor we have worked with in a long time.

Drain 1 responded within minutes and had someone out to our house within hours to stop a rogue shower that wouldn’t turn off. They fixed it right, the first time, for a reasonable price. It’s the second time this year they helped us; the first was a frozen pipe. I was especially impressed with their plumber who shared a little of his experience as someone displaced by war in Europe. This business helped me while helping others and I recommend them enthusiastically.

These guys are seriously good people.The inspector/front line person who came to me was courteous and came in the evening, within 2 hours of calling. After initial inspection, they needed more work done outside of the house to fix the broken pipe. Despite it being the weekend, Drain 1 sent 2 people to do so the next morning. The work involved digging down 6' in frozen soil, but was done within the day. I was very impressed with how hardworking they were.Natalie the phone operator is always helpful. Super nice lady. Compassionate, courteous, and patient. Helped arranging city's inspection for the replaced pipe so that I can get rebates.10/10 - highly recommended and would use their services again.
