Staff have a real sense of entitlement more than any other government agency. If you have a security camera use it ,they will enter your dwelling and snoop through your belongings. Beware!Management seems to be ok with this behavior. I believe a private property management company would do a much better job at a much better cost

What's the point of low rental housing when it's not low rent?....I mean me and my son both have disabilities..my son has FASD, ADHD and Autism and I'm told that he will have to pay rent cause he is 18...his developmental age is 9 years old ...what is wrong with people..why should my son have to suffer.. scientifically 18 is not an adult cause the brain isn't fully development till 25 ...it's been proven people with disabilities shouldn't be treated like this

Updated,Very rude stuff, called in the morning working order never was done, called 2nd time working order was done, had to call again 1h later to be hang up on me. Very very disappointed. Stay away from them.

Today, March 31 at 2 pm I phoned the main office of the Saskatoon Housing Authority to let them know where my Dad is, he is hospitalized. The receptionist said to me why should we care where he is". I am beyond disgusted in her manner and tone."

you should probably fix that ladies rat problem. Its on the news so kinda embarrassing. They say affordable housing but it really isnt. They charge children rent as child support is not income. The second you make a little extra money they take it from you.

Very poor customer/client services....Saskatoon Housing Authority is using slogan “Housing plays a crucial role in providing stability for people to live independently and with dignity.” but their maintenance staff is playing a role which is totally against their slogan phrase. They are making residents realize that they are piece of “S”. They are so rude & disrespectful to the them. The management team should train them to provide best customer services with the smiley face.

I am a disabled single mother. I first contacted the Saskatoon housing authority a year ago when was I was pregnant, I now have a beautiful 7 month old and they have not contacted me. Contacting them is useless so I have not since April. Thought I'd hear from them by now (July) I hope all funding is redirected.

Housing is ok with having a guest of a tenant assault another tenant allowing violence to their property tenants. They do not do repairs and management will try to evict if you complain. Had my caretaker taking pictures in my windows. I have a camera up as my outside light. Housing refused to allow me a doorbel camera . So I got this and they can not complain because it’s a lightbulb with a camera for the outside door .Constant threats with nothing to back it up. CorruptI am a single mom with physical disabilities and have been targeted because of them.

Edit: will not apply due to poor customer reviews and bad first impression.Lady hung up while asking a question and gave the impression that she didn't even want to be there or care about anyone's situation.Was overall rude and passive aggressive.
