I was disrespected and practically yelled at for asking questions, regarding my taxes. I was never rude or impolite. I just asked common questions so that I knew what paper work to submit so that I could get the best of my return and asked them to break down my tax return so that I could better understand it. For that I was treated poorly and unprofessionally. Before the business merged my husband and I were annual clients. We even recommended their business to our friends and family. I trusted them with my personal papers and to be professional. Never again will I give them my business and i would NEVER recommend them to any one again. At the end of all this mistreatment, my husband had to take over the phone call because of how the guy was “talking” to me. And when I wanted to pull out and take my business else where, he said “you can go ahead and do that but you still have to pay your fee” even though it was not filed yet. Then I called back, spoke to another person to try negotiate my fee, but he was no help either. $610 was a ridiculous amount for common, simple even, paper work. I did all the work and all they basically had to do was fill in the appropriate boxes. I would have been happy to pay a little over half of that amount but $600 is quite steep for what they did for my husband and I.I’d give ZERO stars if I could!

Go elsewhere, don’t waste your time here.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Being charged 200$+ for them doing nothing at all! They cannot be trusted. Went to get taxes done by them, nothing was done, we were treated like sub-humans, we ended up doing our own taxes at home ourselves because of the way we were treated and then they charged us 254.68$. You're better off doing what you need to do yourself or taking the drive to Saskatoon to get better service and results.

Would definitely help if this firm trains in customer service. Brian Stobbs literally told me that I am not the only client in the world for them and they cannot supply me my NOAs until the week after.

Was treated with nothing but disrespect, Byron Stobbs is very unproffessional, errogant and a POS!! Was basically told to keep quiet and just sign, don't ask questions and when asked, he got mad and upset. Who tells their clients you'll just have to eat wieners and beans for the next 6 months. When finishing up he assumed i was a lineman and said don't go falling off a pole today. To top it off he stuck us with a $600 bill. Definitely going elsewhere and recommending all our friends and family to do the same. No wonder the regular girl we delt with in the past left and i can see why.

The accounting firm I dealt with merged with this company. It maybe a plus for medium to large business owners. However the way I was treated regarding doing my personal tax turn was less than cordial nor were my questions answered to my satisfaction. Rather than an explanation I was told I could take my business elsewhere which is what I will be doing. The level of disrespect definitely doesn't inspire trust nor does the four page letter your have to sign that basically gives you no recourse if they make a mistake. I don't feel this new company is interested in the dealing with individuals which I don't feels is an improvement. Left thinking in this case bigger is NOT better and definitely less personal and personable.

I was charged over 300+ for something that probably took 10 minutes to do, and I waited one month before I heard anything at all from them. I'll never go back. I even gave them a note to call me before they worked on it so i can explain something, but they never did. Very disappointing and dissatisfied.
