I arrived on Monday 21th of October 2019 at around 5.30PM, they are supposed to be opened until 6.30 PM, and the store was completely closed. I saw many other customers coming only to be astonished that it was closed and left without any understanding of the situation. Everything was indicating it was supposed to be opened. I called, no answer, I left a message to call me back, never got any reply so far. What is happening? I sometimes drop packages there at the end of the day and it used to be opened until 6.30PM.

It's NOT open, see their door sign. Someone please update this map listing.

I triple checked before going to this location and they said to be open. I take the bus and walked there just to see a sign stating that it is temporarily closed due to covid.Beyond annoyed. Isn't it their responsibility to update their infos when there is a major change???

i have no issues with this place, mostly because i already have the labels done and everything is all done properly. i just walk in, drop off the box, they scan it and its done. i usually dont even stay for them to scan it. so far i have not had any issues. so i am not sure what everyone else complains about.

Drove all the way here from Mercier Est just to see that they are closed! Please update your Google account, you're still promoting services in the update section!

If you're here for the comments and the reviews then you've come to the right one. First the staff at Store 363 complain that the packages are too heavy and that they need to be 38 lbs or less and refuse all packages that weighted more, so now I have small packages and they refuse packages that are quantities more than 2. I have no trouble with the UPS store at the Jean Talon Walmart (UPS store 545) in which has the bulk of our business. Not only are guys at the UPS store (545) at Jean Talon Walmart are more business accommodating and professional: they offer bulk packaging services, medium and heavy packaging services, replacement labeling services with competitive shipping rates, confirmation of bulk shipping via email and phone, weekend hours and store hours till 7pm. Speak with either John or Alex at the UPS store 545 at Decarie and Jean Talon for any small business needs. Avoid the staff at this store (363). The UPS store staff at this location are terrible and rude (see reviews) with zero interest in providing or even OFFERING services to businesses. The guy behind the counter is more interested in watching TV from his computer than servicing customers. Avoid this place.

Counter closed at random hours for the last week.Voice mail full so no way to avoid disapointment.Not up to UPS standards.Please close this branch, revoque franchisee licence and open a new branch which stays open when it is supposed to be.

Horrible service! I called this store multiple times during weekdays, and no answer. I left two voice mails, and my calls were not returned. I called UPS client service, it was a terrible experience. No one was willing to help me, and they gave me wrongful information regarding the opening hours of this branch. I am a first time UPS customer and a last time UPS customer. I am risking losing my package because no one told me that they keep your package for 5 business days. Mediocre service, and I have yet to go try to salvage my package. Yeah I used the word salvage because it feels like I am losing time, money, and my mind. I am not exaggerating, I lost money, and I had a terrible experience. This branch needs to be closed ASAP. Or at least sanction the owner. Not to mention COVID is an excuse for not delivering proper service for paying customers. If I could give zero star, I would.
