HI DEF AUTO DETAILING

I have had my car detailed by HI DEF twice now, both times they did an amazing job. The staff members are great and very professional. Will definitely recommend them.

The good: Right off the bat their service seemed good, they shuffled some work around to do some extra work for my car. the detailing and the wax look really good.The bad: after picking up my car at the end of the day and making it home, I reached back to toss my receipt in the back seat for the time being and noticed the headliner was tore right across, and the stitching ripped badly in the next seem over. I called them right away to see what could be done, but being the end of the day there wasn't anyone there. I left a voice mail and waited to hear back the next day. After not receiving a call back I went there to see if i could get my roof fixed. All I got from either an employee or the owner im not quite sure, was that it was perfectly fine when she was done with it and there was nothing she could do. Then blaming the damage on the age of the vehicle, which in this case was not the problem, the headliner had been replaced not to long ago and was still in good shape.Bottom line would be to take pictures before you take your vehicle here and do a complete and thorough check of your vehicle before leaving there property.or find a detailing service that stands behind there work..

I had my truck in for a supreme clean detail as well as a stage 2 paint correction. The inside of the truck looked and smelled amazing, they got some stains out that others could not. My truck had scratches all over it and the paint finish looked brand new when they were done with it. They even cleaned my engine bay for free. Professional and friendly staff, great value for what you pay for. I'll be back soon for my undercoating this fall and again for a spring clean!!

Hi Def did a great job on our car, would highly recommend! When they couldn't get our seats perfectly clean, because of staining, they gave us a great deal!I'll be coming back.
