Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car. I have been driving a car from this location through an ICBC claim, the car wouldn’t lock or unlock anymore, they suggested new batteries in the remotes (making me the client take their car to the repair facility FYI) and that didn’t fix it. So I brought it back and asked that I swap out of it. The assistant manager Salil goes to do a walk around and he sees a scratch at the bottom of the bumper and accuses me of doing it! I didn’t do it and I asked for the sheet showing the condition with my signature when I rented it, and sure enough there wasn’t one because they didn’t do a walk around when I took the car. This is where it gets really good, I was told by the manager and Salil, that if I didn’t admit I damaged their car, I’m not allowed to rent another car from them… this is extortion. I am allowed a car through my ICBC claim and they refused to rent me another one based on something I didn’t do to their car. I had to have a friend pick me up and now I have no car to drive. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I’d rate it 0 stars if it was on option.

I am waiting here for 2 hours to find a key drop and leave the car in parking lot as I have a flight early in morning, And I WAS ASSURED by Enterprise agent in Kelowna that I can drop the keys and leave the car but thanks to their customer service no help was provided and we were given vague answers to leave the car and street and leave the keys inside and leave.Will never rent enterprise again

Whole team was great! They provided excellent service, pickup/drop off at my auto body shop and kept me informed through the process! Super grateful for such a great experience.

My collision shop use their service. So I rent their car for few days last week. They are very nice, especially the tall guy who was also professional and friendly.

I have rented twice from this location by far. Great Customer Service By Salil and Charanpreet. They both are very helpful! The prices are competitive, cars are clean every single time. Service is also fast. Tip: Make an online reservation, it will save you a lot of time.

Whole staff was amazing. Picked me from my place and gave me super clean car. The GUY over the phone was so patient and explained me the rental procedure over the phone. The GIRL sitting in front was so cheerful and polite, explained me whole stuff and the best thing was when I got follow up call about rental. Thank you Enterprise for this best experience. WILL DEFINITELY COME TO THIS LOCATION :)

Melissa was extremely unhelpful regarding my situation with an ICBC rental car pickup. I had been approved for a Ford Mustang, however, she said nothing could be done. She stated the Mustang they had was in a different category.My response: Do you have any other option/alternative?Melissa: Pay $80 a day and we'll give you the Mustang.No effort was made to see if another locations vehicle could be sourced. Note that Melissa is the manager and could have made this possible.After Melissa gave one word responses and offered no alternative I was left without a vehicle and had to call a different branch which was able to source a Ford Mustang quickly from another location without paying $80 a day extra.I don't recommend using this location, the managements attitude sucks & comes off passive aggressive.

Terrible customer service. The girl at the front is there to rip customers off. My wife got a rental from Splashes on an ICBC window claim therefore paid by ICBC. When we took the car back the girl said that it would cost $22 for gas. The car was driven for 36 kms. We got the car just under 3/4 full of gas. Our option was to go down the street for gas. So she said 3 times”just put $15 in then.” $15 for 36kms forget it. We put $8 in and it was past the 3/4 full we got it. She then said it would be $61 for the rental knowing it was an ICBC claim. Just a bunch of scammers looking to take advantage of people. Horrible customer service!!

Worst branch of enterprise rent a car brand. Enterprise should take away their authorization of franchise on this shop. 1. There was no wifi in their shop! 2. The car was having minor issues when I started to drive around to find out. They did not disclose me the faulty part, resulted me doing dangerous driving and did not give any discount for the rental. All they said is will give me $5 discount for future rentals. Pardon me? My life is only worth $5?
