I recently bought a 55 inch samsung tv from this store and I have to say, their customer service was amazing. I had a ton of questions about the tv and the staff was so patient and helpful. They really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable they were and how willing they were to answer all my questions. It made the whole buying process so much easier and less stressful. I would definitely recommend this small business store to anyone looking for a new tv or any electronics as they are even better at serving customers than big company stores.

I think it is the most affordable place to buy electronics. I bought a TV from there after comparing all other stores and It was offering the lowest price for same TV. I would strongly recommend this store if your are looking for best quality for lowest price.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACESELL YOU REFURBISHED SMART TV SAYING ITS NEWBought a tv on 11 may 2023 for 700Dollars in a month half of the screen is black when I called the orient place they told us to bring the tv to their shop and their technical support will be repaired at his shop if it was NEW WHY would they repair it in ORIENT shop?WHEN I ASKED FOR REFUND THEY WILL SHOW THEIR TRUE COLOURSAfter lot of talk At first they agreed on 15% cut on 700 they will refund 595 dollarsThen finally more talk they gave us money back cutting 10% of the price of 700dollarsNever going to buy a single item from this shop again..DONT BE SCAMMED...
