The inspector (Ed Dunning) was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He was also very patient as he explained each issue during the walk-through. All observations were noted and explained in an electronic report, which also included recommendations for handling each issue. I would highly recommend this service to others, especially to first-time home buyers.

I would highly recommend Morgan Home Inspection to anyone!!! Ed is a very nice guy. He is extremely trustworthy and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the entire house and took the time to explain all sorts of things to us. We asked tons of questions and he was extremely patient and professional throughout the entire inspection. You won't be disappointed!!

Ed did a great job on the inspection for a rental house we are buying. He thoroughly looked at every system and explained to us what he was finding every step of the way. He was friendly, thorough and made sure we understood the condition of the property so we could make any necessary repairs and save ourselves money down the road. We will be calling Ed for the next property we need inspected!
