Got there 10 mins after opening all doors were locked, hand to walk over to spirtcheck to get in... Clothing, jackets and hangers slung up everywhere and on the floors for people to walk on. Left without buying anything.

Nonexistent customer service. Went 15 minutes after the store opened and waited for about 20 minutes in footwear without seeing a single sales associate. Left without buying anything. Will not be returning.

High-end clothing brands - Converse, Burton, Volcom, DC, etc. Price in line with quality. Always sweet deals on the discount rack. Check them out! I thought they just sold camping stuff but they are really into clothing.

Ordered 2 headlamps for Christmas gifts. After pick up, found out the wrong ones were ordered. Went to exchange for the ones I originally wanted... sorry, can't get them. Found them on the website when I looked. Spoke to Saskatoon store about exchanging... you guessed it, no problem. Brutal. Absolutely brutal service. Off down highway 11 I go again.
