I left a failing hard drive with Don. He did what he could and couldn't get any of the data off the drive.I wasn't charged anything for the attempt.Very happy with the service I received here.

I really appreciated the service Don was willing to offer me today (on a Saturday no less). He was very accommodating, thorough and honest throughout the entire process. He stayed in contact throughout the day and I was never left in the dark now knowing what was going on. I will definitely trust Don with any future issues with my lap top as he went above and beyond to get my computer up and running in a timely manner. Wow- awesome knew exactly what issues were with my laptop. Cleaned virus off of laptop and then we discovered , my router was also infected. GRREAT service, walked me through reconnecting Netflix, iPad cell OMG you need to use this Guy. Above beyond and on time.

Don is a miracle worker. He was very affordable and efficient. Initially I had sent my laptop to a repair fellow in Ajax to fix the issues I was dealing with. I finally got my laptop back after approx 3 months. I couldn't access my original hard drive or any of my programs. Within an hour of dropping my laptop off with Don, he had the issues fixed and outlined additional steps to ensure everything would continue to run fine. It's refreshing to find a company that actually does what it says it's going to do. Thanks Don you're the best. Derek
