Very happy with this company! When is the worst possible time of year to need a plumber? Correct! It's the week between Christmas and New Years. We called late in the afternoon, and they were at our house first thing the next morning. They got us working and then came back when they said they would and did what they said they would do for slightly less money than they estimated. We are new to the area and are very happy to have a reliable, trustworthy plumber nearby.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They came twice to fix my water, and after charging over 1k the first time, they had the audacity to charge 800$ the second time to fix their previous error. I tried to speak to the owner but he does not speak English, and refused to speak to me. I didn’t pay the second bill, as my water issue is STILL not fixed, and couldn’t try to resolve the issue with the owner. They then sent over workers who TRESPASSED, and went into my well (photo attached for proof), and STOLE a piece from my well. They also disconnected my personal water system, which is dangerous and unethical. Stay away from this company by all means, they are shady, ineffective and racist against English speakers.

The capacitor on my pressure tank blew (I had no idea) However Céline was able to send Éric later that same day and water service was restored. Great, prompt and helpful folks! I will keep them in my phone contacts list :-)

Céline est très connaissance et sympathique. L'équipe qui est venu était très professionnel. Il ont changé ma pompe intérieure pour mon puit de surface. Beau et bon travail de toute L'équipe. Je vous recommande cette entreprise sans hésitation. Merci.
