The service attitude is shockingly bad!When I asked if a delivery service was available, the staff replied viciously: How do I change it at your house? By hand? You change it by hand and give me a show!"I put up with such rude behaviour and made an appointment with him

I came here to change oil and tires, they promised will finish in one hour. But when we come back after one hour, they didn’t do anything. I asked them why? They became angry and shouted to me. They asked me out rudely and told me he don’t want to do the business. The worst service ever.

Very rude management.I arrived at the shop early morning on Saturday two of the staff were there and told me that they are going to take care of my car's problem as soon as they open the shop.Later on one of the staff take my car for a drive to see what was wrong with my car. When he returned and wanted to enter the shop to start the repair the manager blocked his way and after a brief conversation with a very rude manner told me that since I did not have an appointment they cannot even take a look at my car.I cannot judge the busines's work quality or price but the manor and customer service is the worst I have ever witnessed.

I found a screw protruding out of my rear tire. The big shops told me it would probably be a wait of at least 4 hours with no guarantee they would still be able to address my problem the same day.I googled tire garages around me and J&J showed up. I gave them a call and they told me to come on over. They seem pretty busy so I thought I would still have to wait for service, but I understood that was the nature of the business. So I was pleasantly surprised when they immediately made some room on the garage floor and quickly repaired my tire for a great price. In and out in less than half and hour.The guys there were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Very honest with fair pricing, no unnecessary talks or deceitful behavior

All of them are behave unprofessionally and rude including their Owner/ manager. The guy at billing counter said you don’t need to come back here when I asked that give me fair price so that I can come back for other service. Worst service.

Needed a new muffler today, called and he said bring it in right now! One hour later it was done! Very fair price as well. Super happy with the service, will definitely be back. Thank you Jay!

I recently had brake pads and rotors replaced at J and J Auto, and I can't recommend them enough. The guy was super honest, fun to talk to, and knew exactly what he was doing. If you're looking for a reliable auto shop, give J and J Auto a try. They're top-notch!

Very unprofessional! Was going to buy a car from them, called Thursday and asked about the car and if I could come in and look at it that same day, they said the car wouldn’t be there until Monday. Called them 3 times off my partners phone and they never answered. Than called off my phone and they answered to say that the car has been sold….. how does that even make sense… very short spoken when communicating and very rude. Don’t recommend buying a car from them or should I say “try to buy a car from them”
