Let me preface this by saying I have never left a bad review for any company in my lifetime, I prefer to contact the company directly to share this kind of information so they can make adjustments in their service. However, in in the case of Source Cable, if zero stars was a possibility here that’s what they would get from me as it would perfectly reflect the level of care they’ve shown about the experiences of their customers.. The worst customer service and the worse technical support I’ve ever experienced…and I was paying them $500/month, for what I hoped was the best level of internet they could provide. So, if they don’t give someone paying that much month a second thought, I’d advise the rest of you to go ANYWHERE else for your internet. Grateful to fine RuralCom.tech so anyone in the Ancaster-Hamilton area check out RuralCom they are AMAZING!

This company has no customer service at all. Absolutely no customer service. I talked to supervisor Sunny in ext: 296 and he didn't even try to solve the issue and in a rude way he said now we are with Rogers and we don't honour any rates we had with our old clients and final he said : this is what it is now with new company Rogers and Source. Be careful what you are signing for.

Source Cable is forcing existing clients to find other cable providers, we have no choice, their Closing..They advise clients to migrate to Rogers then proceed to charge clients every minute during the waiting process (Technician Appointment) .... Source Cable then transfers these charges ($30-$90) into your New Cable Provider Account without consent or knowledge, then try to deny that the transaction ever took place even when documented proof is provided to Source ! If that wasn't bad enough, they then attempt to double bill" me in a previously closed account where NSF charges will be applied....Simply the Worst Cable Outfit in Hamilton !! Thank God Your Closing Up !!!"

The service is terrible. I don't mean the folks on the phone. They are fine,. When you are servicing a TERRIBLE product, not much you can do. If you have a choice, don't chose Source. They were great before Rogers bought them. You can figure it out from there. Shareholder returns always are more important than customer satisfaction for the gang at Rogers.

I have a lot in common with many of these reviews. For a least 2 years now we have had to deal with price and package changes. None of the changes have resulted in better value for our family. The biggest disappointment is the internet I have gone from the 30 to the 150 to 30 to the 75. The price changes the reliability and speed does not seem to change. It would seem every couple months I call tech support and they send someone out or make changes over the phone. The last service call of many was the only one that showed noticable improvement. Thank you to the gentleman who actually went outside to check the tower lines. Which I had mentioned on previous calls. However I still have yet to see blazing fast download speeds. Most checks results in speeds around 15-25mps regardless of the package I have. If I could I probably would change providers but my choices are limited at this time. Please improve your system.

Loved source cable before Rogers took over. Unfortunately, internet is now unstable and regularly goes down (multiple times a day). Pay more/get less is what they've proposed (and it comes of course with toxic Rogers customer service". Source has been incredible

They are not honest and their billing department stilling from people , I cut my service with them and everything was fine then after three years I get a letter from collection saying I owe them money, they destroyed my credit by this act , if I owe them money how come I did not receive any letter or phone call or email during this three years .

Rogers owns Source now. They are not open for walk-ins. Change your website opening times to closed as it's very misleading and poor customer service Rogers.

Re: Rogers internet down July 8, 2022. I sincerely hope Source (Rogers) will compensate their customers for their lack of service. I love how Source charges you the full invoice amount every month for internet but when its down, where's the refund/credit??? I pay for full service, not sometimes" service! Source/Rogers - you need to start compensating your customers when your services are down!!!! UPDATE: Rogers is giving us ONE DAY refund...what?! I think Rogers owes its customers ONE MONTH refund for all the aggravation!!! Rogers gets filthy rich off its customers backs and can't even give a fair compensation! Brutal!!!"

Worst cable provider since rogers purchased them. They have been to my home 6 times minimum, and I still have problems daily. No accountability what so ever. When they can't fix a problem they blame your equipment and tell you that you need new ones. I've had 8 boxes !
