I recently opened a small business and hired Murad and his team for help with my logo design, website, business cards and various other marketing tools. My volunteer organization had MORAD build our website for us and design us some custom functionality. We were really impressed with the work they did! So much so that I will be hiring them for another project soonEDIT: I have since lowered my rating because, although their work was excellent, it was always incredibly overdue, which caused a lot of setbacks for us. Additionally, there was a final piece of our project that we agreed upon and was never completed, despite constant follow ups and false promises that we would receive updates. Additionally, our contract promised full access to the website code upon completion, but this never occurred. After this experience, we will not be hiring them for our next project

We've used them from stationary design to custom web applications for the past 5+ years.They use the latest communication tools to manage projects, have developed a surprisingly great CRM and their prices are very competitive.I was surprised to see a negative review here because Morad always meets or exceeds my expectations.

I had a very poor experience with Morad Media. They designed Business cards for my company and once I saw them I immediately emailed Nabil telling him that I was not happy with the prints and that all that needed to be changed was the brightness of the text to make it more readable. Morad Media did not respond to my inquiry even after 4 emails from me. I spent thousands of dollars on logo design/branding and I would at least expect an email back. I found this very unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone else.

Awesome company, they have done several projects for us over the past few years and they have always been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great company to work with. Good service and very task and customer oriented. Also the fact that they're based in Calgary is a definite plus for ease of communication and for having face to face meetings. I would recommend them for any and all media projects.
