I won’t trust anyone else with me hair, they make me feel so uncomfortable; it’s like you’re a part of the family, they make my Blonde hair look so amazing, I love how professional they are, they go above and beyond to make sure that you leave happy. #thebest salon ever. This is a response to Gary Thomas.Hi Kim Thomas,Your daughter in law came in July 27 2021 and asked to go blue. Her hair is extremely long as seen in this picture. Price is based off of the customers original hair, and the colour they would like to achieve. This colour took 4-5 hours for good reason, she came in with long black roots with previously brown brassy bleached hair from years ago. The amount of product and time we must put in for this colour is tremendous. We charged $370 for her hair and she also bought a blue product to maintain this colour, $42. The total was $461.44 with tax and she used a $73 gift card. Kim called and complained saying that it is a nice colour, but not worth the price, even though we told her daughter the price before we started.Another response to XenaHtHi,You are not in our system and have put multiple false reviews on our page. Justice Kennedy has previously come to our salon and left a 5 star review, so please stop leaving misleading reviews. Thanks.

I went in to get my hair stripped and dyed a different colour. Was reasonably priced and the extra services offered were exactly what I needed like my eyebrows.

I was very distressed here today, I couldn't believe how I was being treated by them. They were making mean and inappropriate comments! Not only about me but other customers as well. Not coming here with my family anymore. My ear still hurts from all the water they poured in, and my head is sore from being burnt by their hair dryer. She also still tried to ask me for a picture but I said NO since they were telling me not to leave even after telling them multiple times how uncomfortable I was.

They are great for blonde. But I do not recommend coming here if you want anything other than blonde. I asked for light brown hair and they refused and said my hair “needs definition” and proceeded to give me blonde highlights mixed with my dark brown hair which is exactly what I told them I did not want. They also book way too many clients. I had an appointment at 10am and they didnt get started on my hair until 10:40. As more people started to come into the salon the owner came and took over for the girl that was originally bleaching my hair and was obviously rushing and just being sort of rough. Also was not wearing gloves. I was also left sitting for long periods of time in between each wash/dye, etc. I also told them I wanted a certain haircut, face framing with fringe bangs and they just cut my hair straight across in the back. Took 30 seconds lol.

Had the worst experience. Had an appointment but had to wait 40 min for my hair cut and no one approached me to at least say there's a longer wait or something. This is ridiculous. Why are you even in the customer service business. Not coming back here again.

It's a great place to get your hair done. The staff and service are friendly and professional. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking in the back or on the side streets. Phuong is so amazing. She cuts my hair exactly as I want it done. Describe what you want, or show her a photo and she knows exactly what to do. She is quick and precise. Highly recommend this place for a cut or colour or any of your hair essential needs.

Phong for Hair is one of the best salons I’ve ever been to. I moved to California a year ago and believe it or not I’m still looking for a good salon. I miss the staff at Phongs always was more than satisfied with my hair.
