Chapel Hill Dental

One of the best dental offices that I've ever been to. The facilities are clean and bright. But it's the staff that makes me come back every 6 months. Right from the reception, you are greeted with a friendly professional.Then you meet your hygienist, who makes you comfortable as they begin examining your mouth and teeth. All while having a friendly conversation with your hygienist, you forget that they are cleaning your teeth. Then you meet your dentist. Who will complete your examination, then discuss the state of your teeth. Without any influence, you talk about the care and maintenance of your mouth and teeth. You just get the feeling that right from the beginning, everybody you meet here genuinely care about you and your dental health.

From beginning to end, my experience was wonderful. The reception staff is absolutely courteous and welcoming, the dental hygienist was gentle and thorough. The Dentist was amazing and went beyond to deal with some concerns that I had that were unrelated to my cleaning.

I was able to get an appointment at short notice to get a tooth refilled. The staff are pleasant and very helpful to make the visit as easy as possible.

I love this dental office. The administrative staff are always welcoming. Julie our family dental hygynest is amazing. I highly recommend chapel Hill dental.

Whether it’s a routine cleaning or an emergency visit, the folks at Chapel Hill Dental have always been extraordinary. I cannot express my gratitude for the level of compassion and care I receive during my visits. The staff are kind, empathic, patient, communicative and thorough. From the time you enter the office until you leave, you will be cared for and supported. If you are nervous about a dental visit I’d recommend visiting this office as they will take incredible care of you.

Front end staff always welcomes you with a smile. Hygienist Julie is very good at her profession. I’ve been to other offices but never got a tong exam looking for anything abnormal /cancers, asks about medical history and if I have any concerns about teeth and mouth.AP

The dentists are amazing, they are really great dentists, highly knowledgeable and skilled. They use modern equipment. They give me a solid, thorough check-up to make sure I get the care I need and they are very honest, they only recommend treatments that are actually necessary. I really trust them and feel like I am in good hands. All the staff at the clinic are very good and super nice. They all wear masks, gowns, hair covers, lots of PPE and follow safe practices. The dentists wear super tight fitting extra safe masks. I feel very safe there. The clinic is very clean and the atmosphere feels very warm, friendly and welcoming. It has a very nice home-like, community feel. They always have nice shows to watch on TV during treatments and really awesome plants around the office in various cool containers.

Everyone at the office is extremely friendly! Alexa has been wonderful and my kids really like her as well:) thanks for the exceptional service your team is providing!

I'm one of these people who fears dentists. But the staff at Chapel Hill showed themselves to be welcoming, professional, but also caring. Today is my first visit. I'll be going back. No fear.
