Had an exceptional experience here. Servers were friendly, attentive, and food was cooked perfectly and all modifications (ex no onion straws or mushrooms, and rare steak) were completed which nowadays is rare. Food was so tasty. I loved my steak and the sticky toffee pudding was delicious! Would definitely return back!

1st time in Milton branch, it was great experience with my kid. He ordered the fettuccine pasta, and I ordered the backend basa. Both dishes are excellent in both taste and presentation. Servers are super nice and friendly, fast and always smiling. Clean and up to my standards.

I always enjoy going to this Turtle Jack's location. I like the vibe here and the food is so very good. It looks great when it's presented to you and it tastes even better. You just can't go wrong with the menu! I've been here many times and will keep returning. They also have a pretty good loyalty card.

Loved the experience I had at this restaurant. My server, Matt, was very nice and accommodating. The music is a bit loud, but relitively the same with most restaurants. I ordered the Muskoka Burger and it's DELICIOUS. Fresh veggie toppings and I'm happy the onions were not raw. The virgin peach mint mojito was very refreshing as well. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I visited this place on Friday evening. I was quite busy. Once we got a table the waitress was very friendly and quickly took our order.The noise level was too high for me, making difficult to chat with the other people on my table.The food was good. No complaints about it.Once we finished our food and drinks it seemed like the service ended. No one came to our table to ask if we wanted something else. Actually had to go to the bar to ask for the bill.

Love this place and the food. We go there often, mostly unplanned. We love the food, especially the Yellow Veggie Curry, Hunter's Chicken & Chicken Parm. Their wings are great too, and 9PM onwards is Happy Hour. Only complaint is to have a couple of more Veggie Mains. My partner is Vegetarian and ends up with the same thing over and over again. TJ.. do not lose out on your Veggie customers for the want of 2 recipes..EDIT:Not sure how to respond to TJ Admin, hence adding here.. I meant to say please ADD a couple of (more) vegetarian options, especially mains.

Great atmosphere and service. Sat in the bar area - comfortable seating by the window. Overall food was good, the fish tacos were very good. The wings - hotter than hot were not hot at all and needed more sauce.

They gave good service! They acknowledged allergies! Free wifi! We found some dirty plates! Free refills! Broken bathroom lock. They explain nicely. Each person spent about $13-15 which is a little too expensive for chicken fingers and an ice cream sundae. Free snacks for adults and kids at the end! The ice cream taste and presentation is great, it came in a waffle cone!!

Ordered hunter chicken and coconut curry chicken with guac and chips . Food is good , overpriced for the portion though . Service was ok . Menu should have more items .
