Extremely rude and aggressive receptionist at this clinic. I was feeling dizzy and I am happen to be at that area and decided to ask if they have a blood pressure monitor cause I felt really bad and can’t drive. The Asian lady at the reception answered me in a weird look, “ I don’t know I am not a doctor, go buy one if you wanna get tested” and continue her on-duty casual conversation with her co-workers.I “thanked” her and left, feeling much worse. Isn’t a clinic exist to help the community’s residents in situations like this? Where did she think she’s employed? It’s a very sad reality that a “clinic” has this type of service.

The doctors are fine, but the receptionist (middle-aged Asian woman) takes out her misery on patients. She instigates conflict and does whatever she can to talk down to people and invalidate their needs. This is a place you come to for care when you're vulnerable, not to be demeaned. The automated phone system, with her voice on it, has dark patterns (confusing messages, making it it difficult to get through to a person and dissuading you from leaving a message). She's been there for years and I don't know why. Her personal hangups should not be the problem of the clinic's patients. I have gone to great lengths to be friendly, compassionate, and reasonable with her to no avail. She will always attempt to get a rise out of you.

TERRIBLE receptionist named Katherine. Had me in tears after simply asking for a prescription refill. Please have a talk with her about not yelling at clinic patients.

I'm pretty sure that this clinic has flat out abandoned all of their patients. I've been trying to get a prescription refill for 5 days now. I'm completely out of meds and was only able to get one emergency pill from the pharmacist last night. They've set up their call system with a Our call queue is full. Please call back in a few minutes" standard line that repeats until you hang up and I seriously doubt that there is anyone even in office answering calls. You can't leave a voicemail or send an email. Whatever is happening at this office

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Reception for the Medical Clinic is RUDE. I get that you are busy setting up appointments and getting a bunch of phone calls. But there is a way to speak to people on the phone, especially with those who are worried about their health. If you have no patience or are unable to hide your frustration, then maybe being a receptionist is not the career path for you.

Doctor's are very nice and thorough. But I agree with other reviewers the middle-aged Asian receptionist is rude and abrupt. She should be aware that people coming in are sick vulnerable. Please get receptionists who speak to the patients respectfully No one deserves this kind of treatment.

The automated telephone service kept bringing me back to the menu, finally it put my call through and after sitting on hold for 15 minutes the receptionist answered. Obviously she must be getting numerous calls of complaint as she was very condescending and actually rude repeating the same standard answer that faxed in refills take 24 to 72 hrs to be addressed. When pressed she actually hung up the phone which you never do when dealing with the public. Whoever the receptionist is she needs training on customer relations and how to speak to patients and not sound like a robot reading from a script!
